Helmet Head potin



Celtic tribe of Gallia Celtica in NE central France. Their name, which means ‘the ancients’ or ‘the sages’, survives in Senonais and Sens (Roman Agedincum, the capital) on river Yonne, 32 miles NNW of Auxerre.
