Verica Thunderbolt. c.AD 10-40. Bronze core of gold quarter stater. 10mm. 0.84g. Thunderbolt with central ringed-pellet, COM above, [F]ILI below, beaded border./ Horse leaping right, VIR above, ringed-pellet below, beaded border. Contemporary forgery of ABC 1205, VA 468, BMC 1217-22, DK 376, S 126. VF, sharply struck, clear inscription. Ex Anthony Levine collection. Found Winchester, Hants.
